Tribe Imua is a Portland, Oregon area coaching service that caters to all athletic and fitness endeavors on BOTH PHYSICAL AND MENTAL ASPECTS.  Basically, I'm an "Urban Guide" helping negotiate the terrain of your life as you balance your physical and mental fitness with time and the outcomes you want to reach. I have a Masters in Teaching, am a certified USA Olympic Committee Certified Triathlon coach as well as a certified Nuero-Linguistic Practitioner and Coach and a certified hypnotherapist.  I'm also an official practicer of what I preach.

My clients may include runners, triathletes, swimmers, cyclists, adventure racers, ultra runners and other athletes interested in staying active, competing, and enjoying it.                                                                          It also includes folks who just want to finally get out bring physical fitness into their life.  Mostly, though, it's folks who realize the physical being is part of the whole in a healthy life.   I also specialize in negotiating and addressing issues regarding injury and weight loss, as well.
